Returns & Refunds
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased products. However, we do provide a free exchange under certain conditions.
Free Exchange for Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is different from your order or damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the package at sales@thestyle.uk with clear photos of the issue.
- We will review your request and arrange a return if applicable.

Damaged Packages on Delivery
If your package shows clear signs of damage upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately (within 12 hours) so we can settle the matter with the shipping company.
Exchange Requests for Size or Color Changes
