- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, starting from the next business day after payment confirmation.
- Very few brands may take up to 5 business days to process orders.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options for UK deliveries:
- Standard UK Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery (FedEx): We offer faster shipping via FedEx, with delivery in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased products. However, we do provide a free exchange under certain conditions.
Free Exchange for Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is different from your order or damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the package at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue.
- We will review your request and arrange a return if applicable.
- You will receive the return address, and once we receive the item, we will send you the correct replacement.

Damaged Packages on Delivery
If your package shows clear signs of damage upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately (within 12 hours) so we can settle the matter with the shipping company.
Exchange Requests for Size or Color Changes
