At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased products. However, we do provide a free exchange under certain conditions.

Free Exchange for Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is different from your order or damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the package at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will review your request and arrange a return if applicable.
  • You will receive the return address, and once we receive the item, we will send you the correct replacement.
  • The cost of returning the item will be credited to your account as store credit or a discount code for future purchases.
Damaged Packages on Delivery

If your package shows clear signs of damage upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately (within 12 hours) so we can settle the matter with the shipping company.

Exchange Requests for Size or Color Changes

If you ordered the correct item but wish to exchange it for a different size or color, we cannot guarantee an exchange but will do our best to assist you in coordination with our partner brands.
